     Alfred Ernest Beamish was born in 1879.¹ He was the son of Alfred Beamish and Selina Taylor White Prichard.¹ He married Winifred Geraldine Ramsey, daughter of Arthur Walter Ramsey, in 1911 in a childless marriage.¹ He died on 28 February 1944.¹
     He was played lawn tennis for Great Britian against the U.S.A. in the Davis Cup of 1911.¹

     Winifred Geraldine Ramsey was the daughter of Arthur Walter Ramsey.¹ She married Alfred Ernest Beamish, son of Alfred Beamish and Selina Taylor White Prichard, in 1911 in a childless marriage.¹ She died in May 1972.¹
     From 1911, her married name became Beamish.¹
