     He fought in the Boer War, with the 5th Dragoon Guards.¹ He held the office of Head Constable, South African Constablry, Johannesburg.¹

     Esther Emily White was the daughter of Harry White.¹ She married Holmes Beamish, son of Orpen Beamish and Susan Sarah Holmes, in 1907.¹ She died in 1912.¹
     From 1907, her married name became Beamish.¹

     Harry White lived at Streatham, Surrey, England^G.¹

     Hetty Patricia Beamish was born on 11 December 1907.¹ She is the daughter of Holmes Beamish and Esther Emily White.¹ She married Reverend James Napoleon Wheeler, son of Percy McEvoy Wheeler, on 3 January 1938.¹
     From 3 January 1938, her married name became Wheeler.¹ As of 1976, Hetty Patricia Beamish lived at 23 Payne Street, Pinetown, Natal, South Africa^G.¹

     Reverend James Napoleon Wheeler was born circa 1906 at Sarnia, Natal, South Africa.² He was the son of Percy McEvoy Wheeler.¹ He married Hetty Patricia Beamish, daughter of Holmes Beamish and Esther Emily White, on 3 January 1938¹ at El Alamein, Egypt^G, during which he was killed in action on 2 November 1942.¹
     He gained the rank of Chaplain Forces in the Natal Mounted Rifles.¹ He fought in the Second Battle of El Alamein.¹

     Michael James Wheeler was born posthumously on 23 March 1943.¹ He is the son of Reverend James Napoleon Wheeler and Hetty Patricia Beamish.¹ He married Winifred Solz, daughter of Stephen Ainsley Solz, on 23 March 1974.¹
     As of 1976, Michael James Wheeler lived at 8 Tracey Watts Road, Manors, Pinetown, Natal, South Africa^G.¹

     Winifred Solz is the daughter of Stephen Ainsley Solz.¹ She married Michael James Wheeler, son of Reverend James Napoleon Wheeler and Hetty Patricia Beamish, on 23 March 1974.¹
     From 23 March 1974, her married name became Wheeler.¹
