Sir Harley Hugh Dalrymple-Hay1

     Sir Harley Hugh Dalrymple-Hay was born on 7 October 1861.1 He was the son of Colonel George James Dalrymple-Hay and Amelia Emily Maitland.2 He married Agnes Yelland Waters, daughter of Frederick Waters, on 1 September 1891.1 He died on 17 December 1940 at age 79.1
     He was a civil engineer, especially with the London Underground and PO London Railway.1 He was appointed Knight Bachelor in 1933.1
