     He was educated at Aravon^G.¹ He joined the Royal Navy in 1932.¹ He was educated at Royal Naval College, Dartmouth, Devon, England^G.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross (D.S.C.) in 1943¹ with two bars added in 1944.¹ He fought in the Korean War.¹ 1957 Vice-Adm. Sir Patrick Uniacke Bayly passed the Imperial Defence College, London, England^G.¹ He was the Chief of Staff of the Mediterranean in 1962.¹ He was the Flag Officer of the Sea Training in 1963.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.) in 1964.¹ He was the Admiral President between 1965 and 1967 at Royal Naval College, Greenwich, London, England^G.¹ He was the Chief of Staff of the Command Navy South (COMNAVSOUTH) between 1967 and 1970.¹ He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the British Empire (K.B.E.) in 1968.¹ He retired from the military, with the rank of Vice-Admiral, late of the Royal Navy.¹ As of 1976, Vice-Adm.      Moyra Gourlay Jardine was born circa 1923.² She was the daughter of Robert Gourlay Jardine.¹ She married Vice-Adm. Sir Patrick Uniacke Bayly, son of Lancelot Francis Sanderson Bayly and Eileen Maude Bayly, on 3 April 1946.¹ She died on 8 September 2014.²
     From 3 April 1946, her married name became Bayly.¹

     Robert Gourlay Jardine lived in Zimbabwe^G,1, formerly of Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Scotland^G.¹

     Anne Caroline Bayly was born on 4 November 1947.¹ She is the daughter of Vice-Adm. Sir Patrick Uniacke Bayly and Moyra Gourlay Jardine.¹ She married Robert Agus Keith Scallon, son of Angus Victor Scallon, on 30 October 1971.¹
     From 30 October 1971, her married name became Scallon.¹

     Robert Agus Keith Scallon is the son of Angus Victor Scallon.¹ He married Anne Caroline Bayly, daughter of Vice-Adm. Sir Patrick Uniacke Bayly and Moyra Gourlay Jardine, on 30 October 1971.¹

     Jennifer Moy Bayly was born on 8 June 1950.¹ She is the daughter of Vice-Adm. Sir Patrick Uniacke Bayly and Moyra Gourlay Jardine.¹ She married David Arthur Franks, son of Arthur Temple Franks, on 29 January 1972.¹
     From 29 January 1972, her married name became Franks.¹

     David Arthur Franks is the son of Arthur Temple Franks.¹ He married Jennifer Moy Bayly, daughter of Vice-Adm. Sir Patrick Uniacke Bayly and Moyra Gourlay Jardine, on 29 January 1972.¹

     Arthur Temple Franks lived at South Corner, Pachesham Park, Leatherhead, Surrey, England^G.¹

     Charles Bayly was born on 7 March 1916.¹ He was the son of Lancelot Francis Sanderson Bayly and Eileen Maude Bayly.¹ He married Audrey Richards, daughter of Captain W. N. Richards, on 28 January 1944.¹ He died on 25 June 1977 at age 61 at Keresley End, Coventry, Warwickshire, England.²
