George Barton1

     George Barton was the son of John Barton.1 He married, secondly, Allice Laurenson, daughter of Ralph (?) Laurenson, in 1734, they had additional issue.1 He died in 1750.1 His will (dated 4 August 1750) was proven (by probate) in December 1750.1
     He lived at Higginstown, County Kilkenny, IrelandG.1 In 1729 George Barton purchased the estate of the Ballyline House, formerly occupied by William Chandler, in the Barony of Shillelogher, County Kilkenny, Ireland.1 He succeeded his father in Goslingstown, Goslan, County Kilkenny, IrelandG, in 1734.1
