     Anstace Rothe was the daughter of Robert Rothe.¹ She married Rowland Fitzgerald, Baron of Burnchurch, son of Richard Fitzgerald, Baron of Burnchurch, circa 1590.¹
     From circa 1590, her married name became Fitzgerald.¹

     Robert Rothe held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Kilkenny in 1585.¹

     Richard Fitzgerald, Baron of Burnchurch was the son of Rowland Fitzgerald, Baron of Burnchurch and Anstace Rothe.¹ He married unknown Forstall, daughter of Robert Forstall.¹
     He gained the title of Baron of Burnchurch.¹ He joined the Jacobites in the confederate movement, he was deprived of his estates by Oliver Cromwell in 1653 (816 acres at Burnchurch, 244 acres at Bueper, 34 acres at Bowley.)¹ He was tranplanted to Connaught^G in 1654.¹

     Edward Fitzgerald was the son of Rowland Fitzgerald, Baron of Burnchurch and Anstace Rothe.¹

     Captain James Barron was the son of Edward Fitzgerald.¹ He married Slany Ny Brien O’Brien, daughter of Donald More O’Brien, they also had other issue.¹
     He served in France under the prince of Conde and returned to Ireland with Colonel Dempsey and others after the Restoration of Charles II.¹ He petitioned for the return of the barony and lands of Burnchurch with the Treasury Office, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G, but his claim, like those of many other Cavaliers who had suffered for their loyalty, was rejected.¹ He was also known as Captain James Fitzgerald of Fahagh.¹ He lived at County Waterford, Ireland^G.¹

     Joan Fitzgerald was the daughter of Rowland Fitzgerald, Baron of Burnchurch and Anstace Rothe.¹ She married Peter Butler.¹
     Her married name became Butler.¹

     Peter Butler married Joan Fitzgerald, daughter of Rowland Fitzgerald, Baron of Burnchurch and Anstace Rothe.¹
     He lived in 1613 at Danginespidogy^G.¹

     Ellice Fitzgerald was the daughter of Rowland Fitzgerald, Baron of Burnchurch and Anstace Rothe.¹ She married Richard Serment.¹
