     Mary Scarborough was the daughter of Nicholas Scarborough.¹ She married, firstly, Robert Parker.¹ She married, secondly, Thomas Barcroft, son of William Barcroft and Susan Rishton, in 1637.¹ She died in 1638.¹
     Her married name became Parker.¹ From 1637, her married name became Barcroft.¹

     Robert Parker married Mary Scarborough, daughter of Nicholas Scarborough.¹ He died before 1637, when his widow remarried.¹
     He lived at Extwistle, Burnley, Lancashire, England^G.¹

     Susan Barcroft was born in 1638.¹ She was the daughter of Thomas Barcroft and Mary Scarborough.¹ She married Peter Ormerod, son of Peter Ormerod, they had issue.¹
     Her married name became Ormerod.¹

     Peter Ormerod was the son of Peter Ormerod.¹ He married Susan Barcroft, daughter of Thomas Barcroft and Mary Scarborough, they had issue.¹

     Peter Ormerod lived at Ormerod House, Burnley, Lancashire, England^G.¹

     Ruth Fourness was the daughter of John Fourness.¹ She married Thomas Barcroft, son of William Barcroft and Susan Rishton.¹ She died in 1696.¹
     Her married name became Barcroft.¹

     John Fourness lived at Toothill End, Sowerby, Yorkshire, England^G.¹

     William Barcroft was the son of Thomas Barcroft and Ruth Fourness.¹ He died as an infant.¹

     Elizabeth Magdalene Barcroft was the daughter of Thomas Barcroft and Ruth Fourness.¹ She married Henry Bradshaw, they had children.¹
     Her married name became Bradshaw.¹ She inhierited Barcroft Hall, Cliviger, Lancashire, England^G, from her father. The Barcroft estate passed through the Pimlot and Isherwood families until it was sold to Mr. Charles Towneley, the collector, in 1795.¹
