     Captain Kenneth Mackenzie Wray was born on 7 June 1854.1 He was the son of George Cecil Gore Wray and Charlotte Margaret Waller.1 He married Grace Edwards, daughter of Benjamin Lloyd Edwards, in 1881 at Sydney, New South Wales, AustraliaG.1 He died on 5 October 1927 at age 73.1
     He was in the service of the 1st Austrlian Horse.1 He fought in the Boer War between 1900 and 1901, as a Captain with the 6th Imperial Bushmen. He was mentioned in despatches.1 He was appointed Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1900.1 He lived at Woollahra, Sydney, New South Wales, AustraliaG.1
