     William Terence Andrews was born on 7 October 1904.¹ He was the son of Herbert William Andrews and Cecilia Combe.¹ He married, firstly, Sadie Helen Lockett Hunter, daughter of Philip Vassar Hunter, on 27 October 1926.¹ He and Sadie Helen Lockett Hunter were divorced in 1939.¹ He married, secondly, Noni Ashton, daughter of John George Ashton, on 20 June 1940.¹ He died on 24 August 1945 at age 40.¹
     He graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)¹ He was registered as a Member, Royal College of Surgeons (M.R.C.S.)¹ He was registered as a Licentiate, Royal College of Physicians, London (L.R.C.P.)¹ He fought in the Second World War, with the Royal Navy.¹ He lived at Hamsland Holt, Horsted Keynes, Sussex, England^G.¹
