     Surgeon-Major Robert Carew Anderson was born in 1815.¹ He was the son of Reverend Joshua Anderson and Anne Perceval.¹ He married Jane Wallis Bolton, daughter of Reverend Henry Bolton, on 13 October 1853.¹ He died on 2 February 1885.¹
     He graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)¹ He held the office of Deputy Inspector-General of Hospitals.¹ He gained the rank of Surgeon-Major in the 13th Light Dragoons.¹

     Jane Wallis Bolton was the daughter of Reverend Henry Bolton.¹ She married Surgeon-Major Robert Carew Anderson, son of Reverend Joshua Anderson and Anne Perceval, on 13 October 1853.¹ She died on 6 April 1904.¹
     From 13 October 1853, her married name became Anderson.¹

     Reverend Henry Bolton was the Vicar of Dysart, Enos and Kinteale, Queens County.¹ He graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹

     Robert Henry Anderson was born on 17 August 1854.¹ He was the son of Surgeon-Major Robert Carew Anderson and Jane Wallis Bolton.¹ He died on 31 December 1896 at age 42, without issue.¹

     Lt.-Gen. Sir Charles Alexander Anderson was born on 10 February 1857.¹ He was the son of Surgeon-Major Robert Carew Anderson and Jane Wallis Bolton.¹ He married Ellen Katherine Russell, daughter of George Bevan Russell and Ellen Anderson, on 11 January 1893.¹ He died on 20 February 1940 at age 83.¹
     He fought in the Jowaki Afreedee Expedition between 1877 and 1878.¹ He fought in the Afghan War between 1878 and 1880.¹ He fought in the Burmese Expedition between 1885 and 1886.¹ He fought in the Northwest Frontier of India between 1897 and 1898.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.) in 1904.¹ He fought in the Expeditions against Zakka Khel and Mohmands in 1908.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-General in the Royal Horse Artillery.¹ He was the commanding officer of the troops in South China between 1910 and 1913.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹ He was the commanding officer of the 7th (Meerut) Division Native Army and Indian Corps.¹ He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.) in 1915.¹ He was the commanding officer of the 11th and 1st Corps in 1916.¹ He was the General Officer Commanding of the Southern Command, India between 1917 and 1919.¹ He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Indian Empire (K.C.I.E.) in 1919.¹

     Ellen Katherine Russell was the daughter of George Bevan Russell and Ellen Anderson.¹ She married Lt.-Gen. Sir Charles Alexander Anderson, son of Surgeon-Major Robert Carew Anderson and Jane Wallis Bolton, on 11 January 1893.¹ She died on 2 January 1956.¹
     From 11 January 1893, her married name became Anderson.¹

     George Bevan Russell married Ellen Anderson, daughter of Reverend Joshua Anderson and Anne Perceval, on 13 December 1859, leaving issue in addition to Elen Katherine.¹
     He graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)¹ He lived at St. James Place, Fermoy, County Cork, Ireland^G.¹

     William Perceval Anderson was born on 9 July 1895.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Gen. Sir Charles Alexander Anderson and Ellen Katherine Russell.¹ He died on 11 August 1912 at age 17, unmarried.¹
