     He graduated from Massey University, Palmerston North, New Zealand^G, with a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.)¹ He lived in 2003 at 5 Thomas Avenue, Roseville, New South Wales, Australia^G.¹

     R. A. Holland lived at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia^G.¹

     Judith Loraine Holland is the daughter of R. A. Holland.² She married Roger Linton Montgomerie, son of Archibald William Montgomerie and Barbara Mary Linton, in 1977.¹
     From 1977, her married name became Montgomerie.

     Simon Holland Montgomerie was born in 1980.¹ He is the son of Roger Linton Montgomerie and Judith Loraine Holland.²
