     He was educated at Blundell’s School, Tiverton, Devon, EnglandG.1 He was educated at Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester, Gloucestershire, EnglandG.1 He was an antique dealer, restorer and collector.1 He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Cotter, of Rockforest, co. Cork [I., 1763] on 2 April 2001.2
