     From 30 April 1846, her married name became Adams.¹

     Ambrose Going was born in October 1785 at Ballyphilip, County Tipperary, Ireland.² He was the son of William Going and Mary White.² He married Margaret Pennefather, daughter of Lt. Col. Richard Pennefather and Anne Jacob, on 8 February 1811 at County Tipperary, Ireland.^3,2 He died on 11 August 1857 at age 71 at Ballyphilip, County Tipperary, Ireland.²

     Lieutenant Samuel Allen Adams was born on 1 March 1847.¹ He was the son of John Hervey Adams and Elizabeth Frances Going.¹ He married Frances Dorothea Preston, daughter of Reverend Decimus William Preston, on 13 June 1871.¹ He died on 29 August 1927 at age 80.¹
     He was educated at Portora Royal School, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh, Ireland^G.¹ He was educated at Trinity College, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Tipperary Militia Artillery.¹ He lived at Northlands, County Cavan, Ireland^G.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) in 1921.¹

     Ambrose Going Adams was born on 22 March 1850.¹ He was the son of John Hervey Adams and Elizabeth Frances Going.¹ He married Anne Jane Foster Deering, daughter of Reverend William Watkyns Deering and Elizabeth Adams, on 3 October 1872.¹ He died on 11 January 1888 at age 37.¹
     He was educated at Portora Royal School, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh, Ireland^G.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹

     Anne Jane Foster Deering was baptised on 29 August 1852 at Goodrich, Herefordshire, England^G.² She was the daughter of Reverend William Watkyns Deering and Elizabeth Adams.^1,2 She married Ambrose Going Adams, son of John Hervey Adams and Elizabeth Frances Going, on 3 October 1872.¹ She died on 15 June 1927 at age 74.¹
     From 3 October 1872, her married name became Adams.¹
