     Frank Sebastian Cooksey was appointed Fellow, Royal College of Physicians, London (F.R.C.P.)¹ He lived at Aldeburgh, Suffolk, England^G.¹ He graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)¹ He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.)¹

     John Francis Shane Chichester was born on 6 November 1985.¹ He is the son of Timothy Arthur Shane Chichester and Mary Frances Cooksey.¹

     Jane Caroline Sheelah Chichester was born on 13 October 1952.¹ She is the daughter of Major Oscar Richard Herschel Chichester and Margaret Edmonston Farr.¹ She married Richard Philip Palmer in 1980.¹ She and Richard Philip Palmer were divorced.¹
     From 1980, her married name became Palmer.¹

     Richard Philip Palmer married Jane Caroline Sheelah Chichester, daughter of Major Oscar Richard Herschel Chichester and Margaret Edmonston Farr, in 1980.¹ He and Jane Caroline Sheelah Chichester were divorced.¹

     Daniel Palmer was born on 7 September 1981.¹ He is the son of Richard Philip Palmer and Jane Caroline Sheelah Chichester.¹
