     Hugh Massy was born on 10 July 1800.¹ He was the son of Hon. George Massy and Elizabeth Onge.² He married Mary Anne Gahan, daughter of Major Beresford Gahan, on 11 July 1834.¹ He died in 1886.¹
     He lived at Tullow Lodge, County Carlow, Ireland^G.¹

     Mary Anne Gahan is the daughter of Major Beresford Gahan.² She married Hugh Massy, son of Hon. George Massy and Elizabeth Onge, on 11 July 1834.¹
     She gained the rank of Major in the 5th Dragoons.¹ From 11 July 1834, her married name became Massy.

     Beresford Massy was born on 15 May 1840.¹ He was the son of Hugh Massy and Mary Anne Gahan.² He married Elizabeth Harriet Read, daughter of Reverend G. H. Read, on 14 April 1869.¹ He died on 13 March 1878 at age 37.¹

     Reverend G. H. Read lived at Inniskeen Rectory, Dundalk, County Louth, Ireland^G.¹

     Elizabeth Harriet Read was the daughter of Reverend G. H. Read.² She married Beresford Massy, son of Hugh Massy and Mary Anne Gahan, on 14 April 1869.¹ She died in 1926.¹
     From 14 April 1869, her married name became Massy.

     Reverend Cecil Hugh Massy was born on 18 April 1870.¹ He was the son of Beresford Massy and Elizabeth Harriet Read.² He died in 1946, unmarried.¹
     He was educated at Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G.¹ He was the Curate at Staplestown, County Carlow, Ireland^G.¹

     Sydney Beresford Massy was born on 18 February 1876.¹ He was the son of Beresford Massy and Elizabeth Harriet Read.² He married Eileen McMahon O’Grady, daughter of Canon unknown O’Grady.¹ He died in 1946.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the British Army.¹

     Canon unknown O’Grady lived at Bantry, County Cork, Ireland^G.¹

     Eileen McMahon O’Grady was the daughter of Canon unknown O’Grady.² She married Sydney Beresford Massy, son of Beresford Massy and Elizabeth Harriet Read.¹ She died in 1974.¹
     Her married name became Massy.
