     From before 1309, her married name became de Cobham.¹

     Robert Hugh MacDonald married Diana Collett, daughter of John Collison Collett and Ethel Ruth Glanvill, in 1971.¹

     Sir Thomas Kingsley Collett was born on 7 March 1905.¹ He is the son of Sir Charles Henry Collett, 1st Bt. and Lilian Louisa Ionn.² He married Beatrice Olive Brown, daughter of Thomas H. Brown, on 10 July 1930.¹
     He was educated at Bishop’s Stortford College, Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of officer in the 54th Kent Battalion, Home Guard.¹ He was a director of Adams Bros and Shardlow Ltd (Creative Printers) London and Leicester in 1945.¹ He was awarded the Chevalier, Order of Christ of Portugal in 1956.¹ He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1956.¹ He held the office of Lieutenant of the City of London in 1958.¹ He became a Master of the Distiller’s Company between 1960 and 1961.¹ He was appointed Knight in 1968.¹

     Beatrice Olive Brown is the daughter of Thomas H. Brown.² She married Sir Thomas Kingsley Collett, son of Sir Charles Henry Collett, 1st Bt. and Lilian Louisa Ionn, on 10 July 1930.¹
     From 10 July 1930, her married name became Collett.

     David Brooke Collett was born on 6 November 1907.¹ He was the son of Sir Charles Henry Collett, 1st Bt. and Lilian Louisa Ionn.² He married Mary Cecily Beatrice Aston, daughter of Hugh C. Aston, on 29 April 1933.¹ He died on 16 April 1998 at age 90.¹
     He was educated at Bishop’s Stortford College, Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire, England^G.¹ He was appointed Fellow, Plastics and Rubber Institute.¹ He was a director of Dunlop Company between 1952 and 1967.¹ He graduated with a Doctor of Technology (D.Tech.) (Hons.)¹ He held the office of Senior Pro-Chancellor of Loughborough University of Technology between 1966 and 1980.¹

     Mary Cecily Beatrice Aston was the daughter of Hugh C. Aston.² She married David Brooke Collett, son of Sir Charles Henry Collett, 1st Bt. and Lilian Louisa Ionn, on 29 April 1933.¹ She died in August 2002.¹
     From 29 April 1933, her married name became Collett.

     Anthony Hugh Collett was born on 12 December 1936.¹ He is the son of David Brooke Collett and Mary Cecily Beatrice Aston.² He married Christine Ann Little, daughter of James Hiddleston Little, on 5 May 1962.¹
