Cavan and Kildare Street, Dublin [U.K., 1903] on 11 September 1904.1 He was Gentleman-in-Waiting to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland between 1908 and 1909.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Cavan.1 He was a dramatist as Ernest Cecil: A Matter of Fact (Comedy Theatre, 1921 ) and Monica (Everyman Theatre, 1924.)1
