     Lt.-Col. Leopold John Douglas Read was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.)¹ He lived at Limpsfield, Surrey, England^G.² He was also known as Lt.-Col. Leopold J. D. Reid.²

     Margaret Elizabeth Read is the daughter of Lt.-Col. Leopold John Douglas Read.² She married Godfrey Garrett Campbell, son of John Dermot Campbell and Josephine Patricia McConnell, on 3 July 1966.³
     She was also known as Margaret Elizabeth Reid.³ From 3 July 1966, her married name became Campbell.

     Dermot John Hugh Campbell was born on 13 March 1967.¹ He is the son of Godfrey Garrett Campbell and Margaret Elizabeth Read.² He married, firstly, Diana Darlene Ross Blazek, daughter of George Blazek, on 16 November 1991.¹ He married, secondly, Margaret Elizabeth Harding, daughter of John Harding, after 1994.¹

     Diana Darlene Ross Blazek was the daughter of George Blazek.² She married, firstly, Malcolm Antony Luker before 1991.³ She married, secondly, Dermot John Hugh Campbell, son of Godfrey Garrett Campbell and Margaret Elizabeth Read, on 16 November 1991.¹ She died on 23 March 1994.¹
