Sir George Power, 7th Bt.1 

Sir George Power, 7th Bt. was born on 24 December 1846.3 He was the son of Sir John Power, 2nd Bt. and Frances Elizabeth Wade.3 He married Eva Gertrude Boulton, daughter of Sir Samual Bagster Boulton, 1st Bt. and Sophia Louisa Cooper, on 2 September 1915.1 He died on 17 October 1928 at age 81, without issue.1
He was professor of voice production and signing.3 He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Power, of Kilfane, co. Tipperary [U.K., 1836] on 5 March 1903.1 On his death, his baronetcy became dormancy.3

Sir Alfred Butt, 1st Bt.1 
He was Director of Rationing, Ministery of Food between 1917 and 1918.1 He was appointed Knight in 1918.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Wandsworth, Balham and Tooting between 1922 and 1936.1 He was chairman and managing director of the Theatre Royal Drury Lane Ltd between 1925 and 1931.1 He was created 1st Baronet Butt, of Westminster, London [U.K.] on 25 July 1929.1 In 1936 “He resigned from the House of Commons on being found to have used information from the then Chancellor of the Exchequer, J. H. Thomas, for private gain, viz., insuring against a rise in the duty on tea on being told by Thomas, with whom he was playing golf just before the Budget, ‘Tee Up!’, with the remark accompanied by a wink.”1

He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Welsh Guards.2 He retired from the military, with the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel, late of the Royal Army Ordnance Corps.2 He succeeded as the 10th Viscount Harberton [I., 1791] in 1980.3 He succeeded as the 10th Baron Harberton of Carbery, co. Kildare [I., 1783] in 1980.3 He lived in 2003 at The Old Rectory Nursing Home, Nunney, Frome, Somerset, EnglandG.2

[India] between 1905 and 1907.1 He was Chief Commissioner of Central Provinces and Berar in 1906.1 He held the office of Chief Judge of the Mysore Chief Court between 1908 and 1914.1 He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Star of India (K.C.S.I.) in 1911.1
