William Henry Lytton Earle Bulwer, 1st and last Baron Dalling and Bulwer of Dalling was born on 13 February 1801.3 He was the son of General William Earle Bulwer and Elizabeth Barbara Warburton-Lytton.4 He married Hon. Georgiana Charlotte Mary Wellesley, daughter of Henry Wellesley, 1st Baron Cowley of Wesley and Lady Georgiana Charlotte Augusta Cecil, on 9 December 1848.1 He died on 23 May 1872 at age 71, without issue.3
