     Cecil Dick Bluett Coventry was born on 14 July 1905.¹ He was the son of Gilbert William Coventry and Georgina Blanche Bluett.¹ He married Anne Josephine Hale Sherwood, daughter of Major H. J. Sherwood, in 1939.¹ He died on 6 January 1952 at age 46.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Commander in the Royal naval Rerserve.¹ He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross (D.S.C.)¹ He was awarded the Royal Naval and Royal Marine Forces Reserve Decoration (R.D.)¹

     Anne Josephine Hale Sherwood was the daughter of Major H. J. Sherwood.¹ She married Cecil Dick Bluett Coventry, son of Gilbert William Coventry and Georgina Blanche Bluett, in 1939.¹ She died in 1974.¹
     From 1939, her married name became Coventry.¹

     Major H. J. Sherwood gained the rank of Major in the Royal Engineers.¹

     George William Coventry, 13th Earl of Coventry was born on 5 October 1939.¹ He is the son of Cecil Dick Bluett Coventry and Anne Josephine Hale Sherwood.¹ He married Gillian Frances Randall, daughter of W. R. Randall, on 11 September 1965.¹
     He was educated at Prince of Wales School, Nairobi, Kenya^G.¹ He lived in 2003 at 21 Malvern Road, Hampton, London, England^G.¹ He succeeded as the 13th Viscount Deerhurst, of the hundred of Deerhurst, co. Gloucester [E., 1697] on 12 March 2004.² He succeeded as the 13th Earl of Coventry [E., 1697] on 12 March 2004.²

     Gillian Frances Randall is the daughter of W. R. Randall.¹ She married George William Coventry, 13th Earl of Coventry, son of Cecil Dick Bluett Coventry and Anne Josephine Hale Sherwood, on 11 September 1965.¹
     From 11 September 1965, her married name became Coventry.¹ After her marriage, Gillian Frances Randall was styled as Countess of Coventry on 12 March 2004.

     W. R. Randall lived at Wyke Regis, Weymouth, Dorset, England^G.¹

     Lady Diana Elizabeth Sherwood Coventry was born in 1980.¹ She is the daughter of George William Coventry, 13th Earl of Coventry and Gillian Frances Randall.¹

     Peter Harold Sherwood Coventry was born on 10 January 1941.¹ He was the son of Cecil Dick Bluett Coventry and Anne Josephine Hale Sherwood.¹ He married Kay Sandra Baker-Falkner, daughter of Lt.-Cdr. Roy Sydney Baker-Falkner and Naomi Fanny Lord, on 16 August 1969.¹ He died on 20 October 1985 at age 44.¹
     He was educated at Prince of Wales School, Nairobi, Kenya^G.¹ He was educated at School of Navigation, Southampton, Hampshire, England^G.¹

     Kay Sandra Baker-Falkner was born in 1943.² She is the daughter of Lt.-Cdr. Roy Sydney Baker-Falkner and Naomi Fanny Lord.^1,2 She married Peter Harold Sherwood Coventry, son of Cecil Dick Bluett Coventry and Anne Josephine Hale Sherwood, on 16 August 1969.¹
     From 16 August 1969, her married name became Coventry.¹ She lived in 2003 at Yonder Thatch, Easton Cross, Chagford, Devon, England^G.¹
