     Ada Coote was born in 1846.² She was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Charles James Coote and Anne Stuart.² She married Hon. Henry Leslie Pepys, son of Charles Christopher Pepys, 1st Earl of Cottenham and Caroline Elizabeth Wingfield, on 17 November 1868.¹ She died on 21 April 1936.¹
     From 17 November 1868, her married name became Pepys.

     Charles John Leslie Pepys was born on 11 May 1874.¹ He was the son of Hon. Henry Leslie Pepys and Ada Coote.² He died on 5 January 1905 at age 30, unmarried.¹

     Lt.-Col. Arthur Guy Leslie Pepys was born on 24 August 1875.¹ He was the son of Hon. Henry Leslie Pepys and Ada Coote.² He married Olive Grace Starkey, daughter of John Frederick Starkey and Mary Margaret Snow, on 6 March 1915.¹ He died on 9 April 1953 at age 77.¹
     He fought in the Matabeleland Expedition in 1896.¹ He fought in the Mashonaland Expedition in 1897.¹ He received his bar mitzvah; Military Cross (M.C.)¹ He fought in the Boer War between 1900 and 1902.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Essex Regiment.¹ He fought in the First World War between 1914 and 1916, where he was wounded and mentioned in despatches twice.¹

     James Stopford was the son of William Stopford and Mary Willoughby.² He married Frances Jones, daughter of Roger Jones.² He died on 9 July 1721.¹
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Wexford between 1713 and 1721.¹ He lived at Courtown, County Wexford, Ireland^G.¹

     Olive Grace Starkey was born in 1883.² She was the daughter of John Frederick Starkey and Mary Margaret Snow.² She married Lt.-Col. Arthur Guy Leslie Pepys, son of Hon. Henry Leslie Pepys and Ada Coote, on 6 March 1915.¹ She died on 1 August 1961.¹
     From 6 March 1915, her married name became Pepys.

     Lt.-Col. Samuel Guy Leslie Pepys was born on 13 December 1915.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. Arthur Guy Leslie Pepys and Olive Grace Starkey.² He married Lettice Gayford Partridge, daughter of Thomas Leonard Partridge, on 8 December 1945.¹ He died on 16 June 1970 at age 54, without issue.¹
     He was educated at Wellington College, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in 1939 in the Essex Regiment.¹ He fought in the Second World War between 1939 and 1940, where he was mentioned in despatches.¹

     Thomas Leonard Partridge lived at Stowmarket, Suffolk, England^G.¹

     Lettice Gayford Partridge is the daughter of Thomas Leonard Partridge.² She married Lt.-Col. Samuel Guy Leslie Pepys, son of Lt.-Col. Arthur Guy Leslie Pepys and Olive Grace Starkey, on 8 December 1945.¹
     From 8 December 1945, her married name became Pepys.

     Iris Leslie Pepys was born on 28 November 1918.¹ She is the daughter of Lt.-Col. Arthur Guy Leslie Pepys and Olive Grace Starkey.² She married W/Cdr. Norman Maxwell Boffee, son of Charles Boffee, on 6 June 1953.¹
     She gained the rank of Flying Officer between 1940 and 1953 in the Women’s Royal Air Force.¹ From 6 June 1953, her married name became Boffee. She lived in 2003 at 1B Little Green Lane, Chertsey, Surrey, England^G.¹
