William de Clinton, 4th Lord Clinton1 
He succeeded as the 4th Lord Clinton [E., 1299] on 8 September 1398.1 In 1399 on the death of his cousin he succeeded to part of the Say lands in right of his grandmother and styled himself Lord Say.1
