     Sir Simon Clarke, 3rd Bt. was born in 1635 at Dunkirk, France^G.¹ He was the son of Peter Clarke and Elizabeth Corbyson.¹ He married Mercy Brace, daughter of Philip Brace.¹ He died on 10 November 1687.¹ He was buried at Salford Priors, Salford, Warwickshire, England^G.¹
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Clarke, of Salford, co. Warwick [E., 1617] before 1679.¹ He also had two daughters.²

     Mercy Brace was born circa 1642.¹ She was the daughter of Philip Brace.¹ She married Sir Simon Clarke, 3rd Bt., son of Peter Clarke and Elizabeth Corbyson.¹ She died on 22 December 1698.¹ She was buried at Salford Priors, Salford, Warwickshire, England^G.¹
     Her married name became Clarke.

     Philip Brace lived at Doverdale, Worcestershire, England^G.¹

     Sir Simon Clarke, 4th Bt. was born in 1658.² He was the son of Sir Simon Clarke, 3rd Bt. and Mercy Brace.¹ He married Elizabeth Castell, daughter of Reverend unknown Castell, circa 19 January 1702/3.¹ He died in 1718.¹
     He matriculated at Magdalen College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, on 25 May 1683.¹ He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Clarke, of Salford, co. Warwick [E., 1617] on 10 November 1687.¹

     Elizabeth Castell is the daughter of Reverend unknown Castell.¹ She married Sir Simon Clarke, 4th Bt., son of Sir Simon Clarke, 3rd Bt. and Mercy Brace, circa 19 January 1702/3.¹
     From circa 19 January 1702/3, her married name became Clarke.¹

     Sir Harold Dudley Clayton, 10th Bt. was born on 28 January 1877.¹ He was the son of Sir FitzRoy Augustus Talbot Clayton and Lady Isabel Frances Taylour.² He married Leila Cecilia Clayton, daughter of Francis Edmund Clayton and Eliza Liggins, in 1903.¹ He died on 19 October 1951 at age 74.¹
     He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Navy Volunteer Reserve.¹ He succeeded as the 10th Baronet Clayton, of Marden, co. Surrey [G.B., 1732] on 1 September 1932.¹

     Lionel Arthur Clayton was born on 29 January 1878.¹ He was the son of Sir FitzRoy Augustus Talbot Clayton and Lady Isabel Frances Taylour.² He married Rita Eleanor Ayrs, daughter of James W. Ayrs, on 30 October 1913.¹ He died on 14 April 1954 at age 76.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Air Force.¹ He was with the South African Constablulary.¹

     Rita Eleanor Ayrs is the daughter of James W. Ayrs.¹ She married Lionel Arthur Clayton, son of Sir FitzRoy Augustus Talbot Clayton and Lady Isabel Frances Taylour, on 30 October 1913.¹
     From 30 October 1913, her married name became Clayton.

     Margaret Isabel Clayton was born in 1914.¹ She is the daughter of Lionel Arthur Clayton and Rita Eleanor Ayrs.² She married Edward John Wigan in 1940.¹
     From 1940, her married name became Wigan.
