     Brigadier Henry James Douglas Clark was born on 7 June 1888 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.^1,2 He was the son of Sir John Maurice Clark, 2nd Bt. and Helen Marder Douglas.³ He married Isobel Wentworth Forbes, daughter of Lt.-Col. George Wentworth Forbes, on 30 November 1915.¹ He died on 16 November 1978 at age 90.^1,2
     He was educated at Edinburgh Academy, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland^G.¹ He fought in the First World War between 1914 and 1919, where he was mentioned in depsatches and was severely wounded.¹ He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)¹ He was Brigadier of the 1st Battalion, Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders between 1935 and 1937.¹ He fought in the Second World War between 1939 and 1945.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Stirlingshire in 1952.¹

     Isobel Wentworth Forbes was the daughter of Lt.-Col. George Wentworth Forbes.² She married Brigadier Henry James Douglas Clark, son of Sir John Maurice Clark, 2nd Bt. and Helen Marder Douglas, on 30 November 1915.¹ She died in 1969.¹
     She was Northamptonshire.¹ Younger.¹ She lived Brackley.¹ Her married name became Clark. KDG.¹ In 1978 and died.¹

     Lt.-Col. Wentworth Douglas Clark was born on 11 September 1916.¹ He was the son of Brigadier Henry James Douglas Clark and Isobel Wentworth Forbes.² He married, firstly, Florence Mary Ricketts, daughter of Duncan Richard Ricketts, on 5 June 1948.¹ He married, secondly, Margaret Doreen Baker on 15 December 1989.¹ He died on 3 July 2007 at age 90 at Maidenhead, Berkshire, England.³
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders.¹ He fought in the Second World War, where he was wounded.¹ He was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.)¹ He lived in 2003 at Jesus Hospital, High Street, Bray, Berkshire, England^G.¹

     Florence Mary Ricketts was the daughter of Duncan Richard Ricketts.² She married Lt.-Col. Wentworth Douglas Clark, son of Brigadier Henry James Douglas Clark and Isobel Wentworth Forbes, on 5 June 1948.¹ She died in 1987.¹
     Formerly wife of Alexander Addis Leslie.¹ And.¹ Her married name became Clark.

     Wentworth Mary Carolyn Clark was born on 4 October 1949.¹ She is the daughter of Lt.-Col. Wentworth Douglas Clark and Florence Mary Ricketts.² She married, firstly, G/Capt. Peter Butt in 1972.¹ She and G/Capt. Peter Butt were divorced.¹ She married, secondly, G/Capt. Richard Northcote in 1992.¹
     Wentworth Mary Carolyn Clark usually went by her middle name of Carolyn.¹ From 1972, her married name became Butt. From 1992, her married name became Northcote.¹

     G/Capt. Peter Butt married Wentworth Mary Carolyn Clark, daughter of Lt.-Col. Wentworth Douglas Clark and Florence Mary Ricketts, in 1972.¹ He and Wentworth Mary Carolyn Clark were divorced.¹
     He gained the rank of Group Captain in the Royal Air Force.¹

     Susannah Jane Butt was born in 1974.¹ She is the daughter of G/Capt. Peter Butt and Wentworth Mary Carolyn Clark.²

     Annabel Laura Mary Butt was born in 1988.¹ She is the daughter of G/Capt. Peter Butt and Wentworth Mary Carolyn Clark.²
