     Lt.-Col. John Frederick Curtis-Hayward was born in 1842 at Quedgeley, Gloucestershire, England^G.^1,3 He was the son of John Curtis-Hayward and Elizabeth Harrison.¹ He died on 27 November 1923 at Quedgeley House, Gloucestershire, England.³
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Gloucestershire.³ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Gloucestershire.³ He gained the rank of Major in the 25th Foot.³

     Arthur Cecil Curtis-Hayward was born on 8 March 1846 at Quedgeley, Gloucestershire, England^G.¹ He was the son of John Curtis-Hayward and Elizabeth Harrison.¹ He married Octavia Elizabeth Wade, daughter of Reverend Nugent Wade and Louisa Fenwick, in 1875 at Westminster, London, England.² He died on 27 November 1922 at age 76.²

     Margaret Frances Curtis-Hayward was born circa 1849 at Quedgeley, Gloucestershire, England^G.¹ She was the daughter of John Curtis-Hayward and Elizabeth Harrison.¹ She died in 1941 at Quedgeley, Gloucestershire, England.²

     Emily Lucy Curtis-Hayward was born in 1851 at Quedgeley, Gloucestershire, England^G.^1,2 She was the daughter of John Curtis-Hayward and Elizabeth Harrison.¹ She died in 1934.²

     Persis Hildreth was born on 8 February 1659 at Chelmsford, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, U.S.A.^G.¹ She was the daughter of Richard Hildreth and Elizabeth Hinchman.¹ She married Samuel Cleveland, son of Moses Cleveland and Ann Winn, on 23 May 1682 at Chelmsford, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, U.S.A.^G.¹ She died on 22 February 1698 at age 39 at Canterbury, Windham County, Connecticut, U.S.A.^G.¹
