     Hon. Roger Hugh Montgomerie was born on 1 July 1923.¹ He was the son of Archibald Seton Montgomerie, 16th Earl of Eglinton and Marjorie McIntyre.¹ He died on 7 August 2011 at age 88 at Dunscore, Dumfries-shire, Scotland.
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He gained the rank of Flight Lieutenant in the Royal Air Force.¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross (D.F.C.) in 1944.¹ He graduated from New College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, in 1949 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He lived in 2003 at Lanehead, Dunscore, Dumfries-shire, Scotland^G.¹

     Lady Anne Montgomerie is the daughter of Archibald Seton Montgomerie, 16th Earl of Eglinton and Marjorie McIntyre.¹ She married Major Gordon Alexander Smith, son of Alexander Smith, on 8 December 1942.¹ She and Major Gordon Alexander Smith were divorced in 1951.¹
     Her married name became Smith.

     Major Gordon Alexander Smith is the son of Alexander Smith.¹ He married Lady Anne Montgomerie, daughter of Archibald Seton Montgomerie, 16th Earl of Eglinton and Marjorie McIntyre, on 8 December 1942.¹ He and Lady Anne Montgomerie were divorced in 1951.¹
     He gained the rank of Major in the 12th Royal Lancers.¹

     Alexander Smith died before 1980.

     Lady Susanna Montgomerie was born on 19 October 1941.¹ She is the daughter of Archibald William Alexander Montgomerie, 17th Earl of Eglinton and Ursula Joan Watson.¹ She married Captain David Dundas Euing Crawford, son of Brigadier Alistair Wardrop Euing Crawford and Helena Beatrice Dundas, on 25 May 1963.¹
     Her married name became Crawford. She lived in 2003 at Newington House, Cupar, Fife, Scotland^G.¹

     Brigadier Alistair Wardrop Euing Crawford was born in 1896.² He was the son of Colonel Euing Russell Crawford and Ethel Kate Paul.² He married Helena Beatrice Dundas, daughter of Admiral Sir Charles Hope Dundas of Dundas and Helen Burgess Watson, on 1 October 1924.³ He died in 1978.²
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)³ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)³ He gained the rank of Brigadier in the Royal Scots Greys.³ He lived at Auchentroig, Buchlyvie, Stirlingshire, Scotland^G.¹

     Helena Beatrice Dundas was born on 21 June 1899.² She was the daughter of Admiral Sir Charles Hope Dundas of Dundas and Helen Burgess Watson.^1,3 She married Brigadier Alistair Wardrop Euing Crawford, son of Colonel Euing Russell Crawford and Ethel Kate Paul, on 1 October 1924.² She died in 1977.⁴
     From 1 October 1924, her married name became Crawford.

     Admiral Sir Charles Hope Dundas of Dundas was born on 9 August 1859.¹ He was the son of Adam Alexander Duncan Dundas of Dundas and Charlotte Maria Hope.² He married Helen Burgess Watson, daughter of Edwin Burges Watson and Mary Wauchope, on 26 May 1897.¹ He died on 1 July 1924 at age 64.¹
     He held the position of 28th Chief of the Name and Arms of Dundas from in 1904.¹ He was recognised by Lord Lyon King of Arms, and matriculated his arms at the Lyons Court on 7 November 1905.¹ He was Naval Attaché to Tokyo between 1908 and 1910.¹ He was awarded the Order of the Rising Sun of Japan 2nd class.² He was Rear-Admiral of the the Nore between 1911 and 1913.² He was Principal Naval Transport Officer between 1915 and 1917 at France^G.² He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of St. Michael and St. George (K.C.M.G.) in 1917.¹ He was awarded the Chevalier, Ordre national de la Légion d’honneur.³ He was awarded the Order of the Redeemer of Greece.¹ He held the office of Aide-de-Camp to HM George V in 1920.¹

     Alexander William Euing Crawford was born on 21 March 1967.¹ He is the son of Captain David Dundas Euing Crawford and Lady Susanna Montgomerie.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹

     Daniel Dundas Euing Crawford was born on 21 March 1967.¹ He is the son of Captain David Dundas Euing Crawford and Lady Susanna Montgomerie.¹
