Admiral Sir Charles Hope Dundas of Dundas1 
He held the position of 28th Chief of the Name and Arms of Dundas from in 1904.1 He was recognised by Lord Lyon King of Arms, and matriculated his arms at the Lyons Court on 7 November 1905.1 He was Naval Attaché to Tokyo between 1908 and 1910.1 He was awarded the Order of the Rising Sun of Japan 2nd class.2 He was Rear-Admiral of the the Nore between 1911 and 1913.2 He was Principal Naval Transport Officer between 1915 and 1917 at FranceG.2 He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of St. Michael and St. George (K.C.M.G.) in 1917.1 He was awarded the Chevalier, Ordre national de la Légion d’honneur.3 He was awarded the Order of the Redeemer of Greece.1 He held the office of Aide-de-Camp to HM George V in 1920.1
