Sir William Richard Carter Chaytor, 2nd Bt.1 
He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Durham City between 1831 and 1834.2 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Chaytor, of Croft, co. York [U.K., 1831] on 28 January 1847.1
