     Colonel Hubert Francis Grant-Suttie was born on 15 December 1884.¹ He was the son of Robert Grant-Suttie and Hon. Edith Mary Dawnay.¹ He married Torfrida Alianore Lethbridge, daughter of Captain Sir Wroth Periam Christopher Lethbridge, 5th Bt. and Alianore Chandos-Pole, on 14 April 1920.¹ He died on 3 June 1973 at age 88 at Whitelands House, Cheltenham Terrace, London, England.²
     He was educated at Malvern College, Malvern, Worcestershire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Royal Military Academy, Woolwich, Kent, England^G.¹ He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.¹ He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1918.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1940.¹ He gained the rank of Colonel in the Royal Artillery.¹ He was appointed Commander, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (C.St.J.) in 1948.¹

     Lord Ronald Douglas Hamilton was born on 17 March 1849.¹ He was the son of James Hamilton, 1st Duke of Abercorn and Lady Louisa Jane Russell. He died on 6 November 1867 at age 18.^1,2
