     Lt.-Cdr. Nigel de Grey was born on 27 March 1886.² He was the son of Rev. Hon. Arnald de Grey and Margaret Maria Ponsonby.^1,2 He married Florence Emily Frances Gore, daughter of Spencer William Gore and Amy Margaret Smith, on 29 December 1910.¹ He died on 25 May 1951 at age 65.¹

     Rev. Hon. Arnald de Grey was born on 11 September 1856 at London, England.^1,2 He was the son of Thomas de Grey, 5th Baron Walsingham and Hon. Emily Elizabeth Julia Thellusson.¹ He married Margaret Maria Ponsonby, daughter of Rt. Hon. Sir Spencer Cecil Ponsonby-Fane and Hon. Louisa Anne Rose Lee Dillon, on 17 April 1882.¹ He died on 15 November 1889 at age 33 at Hyeres, Var, France.^1,2
     He was Rector at Copdock, England.¹
