     Arthur Norton-Taylor was born in 1847 at Carbear Anty, Cornwall, England.1 He was the son of Admiral William Norton-Taylor and Charlotte Tozer Leeder.1 He was baptised on 29 March 1847 at Torpoint, Cornwall, England.1 He married Emily Lloyd Randall in 1876.1 He died in 1912.1
     He was a general practitioner.1

     Hon. William Joseph French was born on 5 August 1885.2 He was the son of Arthur French, 4th Baron de Freyne of Coolavin and Marie Georgiana Lamb.1,2 He married Victoria Louise Bellasis, daughter of William Dalglish Bellasis, on 12 April 1920.2 He died on 4 September 1974 at age 89.2
     He was educated at The Oratory School, Edgbaston, Warwickshire, England.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Army Service Corps (Territorial Forces.)2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 6th Battalion, Worcestershire Regiment.2 He fought in the First World War.2 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Roscommon in 1915.2 He gained the rank of Adjutant and Acting Captain in the Machine Gun Corps.2 He gained the rank of Captain in 1940 in the General List.2 He fought in the Second World War between 1940 and 1942.2
