     Charles Maitland Christie of Durie was born on 31 December 1785 at Scoonie, Fife, Scotland^G.² He was the son of James Christie of Durie and Mary Turner Barclay-Maitland.² He married, firstly, Mary Butler Lindsay, daughter of Hon. Robert Lindsay and Elizabeth Dick, on 18 November 1815 at Scoonie, Fife, Scotland^G.^1,2 He married, secondly, Elizabeth Pringle on 19 April 1830 at Selkirk, Selkirkshire, Scotland^G.² He died in 1872.¹

     Cecilia Martha Harvey Lindsay was the daughter of Hon. Robert Lindsay and Elizabeth Dick.¹ She married Captain James Head, son of James Roper Head and Frances Anne Burgess, on 25 July 1821.¹ She died on 31 July 1847.¹
     Her married name became Head.

     Captain James Head was born in 1790.² He was the son of James Roper Head and Frances Anne Burgess.² He married Cecilia Martha Harvey Lindsay, daughter of Hon. Robert Lindsay and Elizabeth Dick, on 25 July 1821.¹ He died on 26 August 1824.²
     He was Captain in the Honourable East India Company Service.²

     Venerable Charles Lindsay was born on 12 October 1790.¹ He was the son of Rt. Rev. Hon. Charles Dalrymple Lindsay and Elizabeth Fydell.¹ He married Anne Rowley, daughter of Owsley Rowley and Anne King, on 28 September 1819.¹ He died on 23 April 1855 at age 64.¹
     He held the office of Archdeacon of Kildare.¹

     Anne Rowley was the daughter of Owsley Rowley and Anne King.^1,2 She married Venerable Charles Lindsay, son of Rt. Rev. Hon. Charles Dalrymple Lindsay and Elizabeth Fydell, on 28 September 1819.¹ She died on 18 September 1876.¹
     Her married name became Lindsay.

     Owsley Rowley was born on 9 December 1754.² He married Anne King, daughter of William King, on 14 December 1786 at Doddington, Cambridgeshire, England.² He died on 20 October 1824 at age 69 at The Priory, St. Neots, Huntingdonshire, England.²
     He held the office of Vice-Lord-Lieutenant of Huntingdonshire.² He lived at Priory Hill, Huntingdonshire, England^G.¹

     Philip Yorke Lindsay was born on 7 February 1795.¹ He was the son of Rt. Rev. Hon. Charles Dalrymple Lindsay and Elizabeth Fydell.¹ He married Helena Elizabeth Blane, daughter of Charles Blane, on 4 April 1816.¹ He died on 16 December 1832 at age 37.¹
     He had a son and two daughters.¹

     Helena Elizabeth Blane was the daughter of Charles Blane.¹ She married Philip Yorke Lindsay, son of Rt. Rev. Hon. Charles Dalrymple Lindsay and Elizabeth Fydell, on 4 April 1816.¹ She died on 14 December 1879.¹
     Her married name became Lindsay.

     Elizabeth Frances Lindsay was the daughter of Rt. Rev. Hon. Charles Dalrymple Lindsay and Elizabeth Fydell.¹ She married Sir Compton Pocklington Domvile, 1st Bt., son of Charles Domvile and Margaret Sheppard, on 21 October 1811.¹ She died on 10 August 1812.¹
     Her married name became Domvile.
