     Richard Baker is the son of Walter Baker and Martha Osborne.²
     He lived at Lattinmore, County Tipperary, Ireland^G.²

     Walter Baker was born in 1623 at Ballynagleragh, County Tipperary, Ireland^G.¹ He was the son of Thomas Baker and Anne (?)¹ He married Martha Osborne, they had three sons and two daughters.¹ He died in 1669.²
     He matriculated at Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G, on 30 September 1640.¹ He obtained a re-grant of his father’s lands, from King Charles II, the lands of Killenaliff, Lattinmore and Lattinbeg, Yorticord, and Kilpatrick of County Tipperary, containing 1,200 acres. The patent was enrolled on 25 May 1667 stating that the lands were in Thomas Baker’s possession “long before the Great Rebellion” of 1641.¹

     Martha Osborne married Walter Baker, son of Thomas Baker and Anne (?), they had three sons and two daughters.¹
     Her married name became Baker.¹

     Hugh Massy married Margaret Percy.¹
     He fought in the 1641 Uprising in Ireland in 1641, which he helped to put down.¹

     Margaret Percy married Hugh Massy.¹
     Her married name became Massy.¹

     Thomas Baker was the son of Thomas Baker.² He married Anne (?), Walter was their second son.¹ He died in 1641/42.¹
     He was the first of this family who settled in County Tipperary.¹ He emigrated to Ireland^G with the Lord Deputy Sussex.¹ He lived at Lattinmore, Lattin, County Tipperary, Ireland^G.¹ He lived at Knockordan Castle, Lattin, County Tipperary, Ireland^G, at the outbreak of the Great Rebellion in 1641.¹

     Thomas Baker was born at England.¹ He died in 1642 at Ireland^G.¹

     Mary Mountford was born on 24 October 1751 at Burslem, Staffordshire, England^G.¹ She was the daughter of Joseph Mountford.¹
