     John Craven was born on 23 November 1673.^2,3 He was the son of Sir William Craven and Margaret Clapham.¹ He married Maria Rebecca Berkeley, daughter of Henry Berkeley and Elizabeth Berkeley.² He died on 6 December 1726 at age 53.¹
     He lived at Whitley, Warwickshire, England^G.¹

     Maria Rebecca Berkeley was born in 1663.² She was the daughter of Henry Berkeley and Elizabeth Berkeley.^1,2 She married John Craven, son of Sir William Craven and Margaret Clapham.³
     Her married name became Craven.² She was given the name of Maria Rebecca Green at birth.²

     Henry Berkeley was born in 1639 at Wykin, Coventry, Warwickshire, England^G.¹ He married Elizabeth Berkeley, daughter of Sir Rowland Berkeley and Dorothy Cave.²

     William Craven, 5th Baron Craven of Hampsted Marshall was born on 19 September 1705 at Hope, Worcestershire, England^G.¹ He was the son of John Craven and Maria Rebecca Berkeley.¹ He married Jane Berkeley, daughter of Reverend Rowland Berkeley and Mary Bohun, on 27 April 1749 at Honnily, Warwickshire, England^G.¹ He died on 17 March 1769 at age 63 at Combe Abbey, Warwickshire, England^G, without issue.¹ He was buried at Binley, Coventry, Warwickshire, England^G.¹ His will was proven (by probate) in April 1769.¹
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Tory) for Warwickshire between 1746 and 1764.¹ He held the office of High Steward of Newbury.¹ He succeeded as the 5th Baron Craven of Hampsted Marshall, Berkshire [E., 1627] on 10 November 1764.¹

     Jane Berkeley was born circa 1715.² She was the daughter of Reverend Rowland Berkeley and Mary Bohun.¹ She married William Craven, 5th Baron Craven of Hampsted Marshall, son of John Craven and Maria Rebecca Berkeley, on 27 April 1749 at Honnily, Warwickshire, England^G.¹ She died in October 1791 at Kenilworth, Warwickshire, England^G.² She was buried on 1 November 1791 at Binley, Coventry, Warwickshire, England^G.² Her will was proven (by probate) in November 1791.²
     From 27 April 1749, her married name became Craven. After her marriage, Jane Berkeley was styled as Baroness Craven of Hampsted Marshall on 10 November 1764.

     Reverend Rowland Berkeley was born in 1675.² He was the son of Henry Berkeley and Elizabeth Berkeley.³ He married Mary Bohun, daughter of George Bohun.³ He died in 1731.³
     He was given the name of Rowland Green at birth.¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of Worcestershire in 1711.³ He lived at Cotheridge, Worcestershire, England^G.¹

     Reverend John Craven was born on 7 February 1708.² He was the son of John Craven and Maria Rebecca Berkeley.¹ He married Mary Hickes, daughter of Reverend Baptist Hickes.² He died on 21 August 1752 at age 44.²
