     Sir Timothy Felix Harold Cassel, 4th Bt. was born on 30 April 1942.1 He is the son of Sir Harold Felix Cassel, 3rd Bt. and Ione Jean Barclay.2 He married, firstly, Jenifer Puckle, daughter of Major Kenneth Alfred Bridge Puckle, in 1971.1 He and Jenifer Puckle were divorced in 1977.1 He married, secondly, Ann Mallalieu, Baroness Mallalieu, daughter of Sir Joseph Percival William Mallalieu and Harriet Rita Riddle Tinn, in 1979.1 He and Ann Mallalieu, Baroness Mallalieu were divorced in December 2006.3
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He was admitted to Lincoln’s Inn in 1965 entitled to practise as a barrister.1 He was Junior Prosecuting Counsel of the Central Criminal Court in 1978.1 He was Assistant Boundaries Commissioner between 1979 and 1985.2 He was Senior Prosecuting Counsel between 1986 and 1988.2 He was appointed Queen’s Counsel (Q.C.) in 1988.1 He was admitted to Bencher of Lincoln’s Inn in 1994.2 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Cassel [U.K., 1920] on 17 September 2001.1 He lived in 2003 at Studdridge Farm, Stokenchurch, Buckinghamshire, EnglandG.1

Anthony Gerald Samuel, son of Walter Horace Samuel, 2nd Viscount Bearsted and Dorothy Montefiore Micholls, on 6 July 1962.4 She and Hon. Anthony Gerald Samuel were divorced in 1966.4 She married, secondly, Sir Timothy Felix Harold Cassel, 4th Bt., son of Sir Harold Felix Cassel, 3rd Bt. and Ione Jean Barclay, in 1971.1 She and Sir Timothy Felix Harold Cassel, 4th Bt. were divorced in 1977.1 She died on 25 November 2015.2
     Jenifer Puckle used the stage-name of Beth Rogan.2 She was an actress.2 From 6 July 1962, her married name became Samuel.1 From 1971, her married name became Cassel.
