He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He was admitted to Lincoln’s Inn in 1965 entitled to practise as a barrister.1 He was Junior Prosecuting Counsel of the Central Criminal Court in 1978.1 He was Assistant Boundaries Commissioner between 1979 and 1985.2 He was Senior Prosecuting Counsel between 1986 and 1988.2 He was appointed Queen’s Counsel (Q.C.) in 1988.1 He was admitted to Bencher of Lincoln’s Inn in 1994.2 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Cassel [U.K., 1920] on 17 September 2001.1 He lived in 2003 at Studdridge Farm, Stokenchurch, Buckinghamshire, EnglandG.1
