John Luttrell-Olmius, 3rd Earl of Carhampton1 
He was given the name of John Luttrell at birth.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (Whig) (M.P.) for Stockbridge between 1774 and 1785.2 He gained the rank of Captain in 1781 in the Royal Navy.2 He was Commissioner of Excise between 1785 and 1826.2 On 3 April 1787 his name was legally changed to John Luttrell-Olmius by Royal Licence.2 He retired from the military in 1789.2 He succeeded as the 3rd Earl of Carhampton [I., 1785] on 25 April 1821.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Viscount Carhampton of Castlehaven, co. Cork [I., 1781] on 25 April 1821.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Irnham of Luttrellstown, co. Dublin [I., 1768] on 25 April 1821.1
On his death, all of his titles became extinct.2
