     He lived at Pillesdon, Dorset, England^G.¹

     Mary Hody was the daughter of William Hody.² She married Thomas Carew, son of John Carew and Elizabeth Martyn.¹ She died on 19 November 1587.¹
     Her married name became Carew.

     John Carew was the son of Thomas Carew and Mary Hody.² He married Elizabeth Hill, daughter of Robert Hill.¹ He died in 1626.¹

     From 3 October 1629, her married name became Carew.
