     Rowena Laura Ronald was the daughter of Rowand Ronald.² She married, firstly, Captain Alexander Lester Copland before 1870.¹ She married, secondly, Lt.-Col. Sir Frederick Walter Carden, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Robert Walter Carden, 1st Bt. and Pamela Elizabeth Edith Andrews, on 23 September 1870.¹ She died on 28 August 1910.¹
     From before 1870, her married name became Copland.¹ From 23 September 1870, her married name became Carden.

     Santiago Sánchez Elia married María Inez Carcano, daughter of Miguel Angel Carcano y Morra and María Rosa Bemberg y Garcia Mansilla.¹

     Lt.-Col. Ronald James Walter Carden was born on 3 April 1876.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. Sir Frederick Walter Carden, 2nd Bt. and Rowena Laura Ronald.² He died on 10 July 1916 at age 40, killed in action.¹
     He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the 17th Lancers.¹ He gained the rank of Temporary Lieutenant-Colonel in the 16th Royal Welch Fusiliers.¹

     Lilian Edith Laura Carden was born on 8 August 1871.¹ She was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Sir Frederick Walter Carden, 2nd Bt. and Rowena Laura Ronald.² She married Bertram Hugh Barton, son of Bertram Francis Barton and Fannie Annie Cutler, on 26 July 1899.¹ She died on 19 October 1937 at age 66.¹
     From 26 July 1899, her married name became Barton.³

     Bertram Hugh Barton was born on 24 September 1858.² He was the son of Bertram Francis Barton and Fannie Annie Cutler.² He married Lilian Edith Laura Carden, daughter of Lt.-Col. Sir Frederick Walter Carden, 2nd Bt. and Rowena Laura Ronald, on 26 July 1899.¹ He died on 5 December 1927 at age 69.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.² He was educated at Brasenose College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.² He was a wine shipper for Messrs. Barton & Guestier, of Bordeaux.² He held the office of High Sheriff in 1908.² He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)² He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)² He lived at Straffan House, Straffan, County Kildare, Ireland^G.²

     Isabel Carcano is the daughter of Miguel Angel Carcano y Morra and María Rosa Bemberg y Garcia Mansilla.¹ She married Conde Louis-James de Salviac de Viel Castel.¹

     Major Sir Frederick Henry Walter Carden, 3rd Bt. was born on 17 October 1873.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. Sir Frederick Walter Carden, 2nd Bt. and Rowena Laura Ronald.² He married Winifred Mary Wroughton, daughter of Philip Wroughton and Evelyn Mary Neeld, on 27 April 1901.¹ He died on 22 September 1966 at age 92.¹
     He was educated at Marlborough College, Marlborough, Wiltshire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Pembroke College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G.¹ He fought in the Boer War between 1899 and 1900.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the 1st Life Guards.¹ He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Carden, of Molesey [U.K., 1887] on 4 December 1909.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Hampshire in 1919.¹ He was High Sheriff of Hampshire in 1922.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Berkshire in 1936.¹

     Philip Wroughton was born on 6 April 1846.² He was the son of Philip Wroughton.³ He married Evelyn Mary Neeld, daughter of Sir John Neeld, 1st Bt..⁴ He died on 7 June 1910 at age 64.²
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹ He lived at Woolley Park, Wantage, Berkshire, England^G.⁵ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)¹

     Winifred Mary Wroughton was the daughter of Philip Wroughton and Evelyn Mary Neeld.^2,3 She married Major Sir Frederick Henry Walter Carden, 3rd Bt., son of Lt.-Col. Sir Frederick Walter Carden, 2nd Bt. and Rowena Laura Ronald, on 27 April 1901.¹ She died on 12 January 1974.¹
     From 27 April 1901, her married name became Carden.

     Conde Louis-James de Salviac de Viel Castel married Isabel Carcano, daughter of Miguel Angel Carcano y Morra and María Rosa Bemberg y Garcia Mansilla.¹
