     Elizabeth Dreghorn Dennistoun was the daughter of James Dennistoun and Margaret Dreghorn.^2,1 She married Sir Duncan Campbell of Barcaldine, 1st Bt., son of Alexander Campbell of Barcaldine and Glenure and Mary Campbell, on 22 February 1815.¹
     From 22 February 1815, her married name became Campbell.¹

     Sir Alexander Campbell of Barcaldine, 2nd Bt. was born on 15 June 1819.¹ He was the son of Sir Duncan Campbell of Barcaldine, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Dreghorn Dennistoun.² He married Harriette Augusta Royer Collier, daughter of Admiral Henry Theodosius Browne Collier and Harriet Nicholas, on 20 August 1855 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.¹ He died on 11 December 1880 at age 61.¹
     He was commander of the Lochaber Axe Men of the Royal Breadalbane Highlanders in 1842 when HM Qqueen Victoria visited Taymouth.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Campbell, of Barcaldine, co. Argyll [U.K., 1831] on 2 April 1842.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Argyll and Bute Militia.¹ He held the office of Serjeant-at-Arms of the Royal Household.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹

     Clarence Augustus Collier was baptised on 16 November 1832 at St. Mary’s, Portsea, Hampshire, England.¹ He was the son of Admiral Henry Theodosius Browne Collier and Harriet Nicholas.¹

     Harriette Augusta Royer Collier was born on 7 July 1823 at Mauritius.² She was the daughter of Admiral Henry Theodosius Browne Collier and Harriet Nicholas.^3,2 She was baptised on 14 August 1832 at St. Mary’s, Portsea, Hampshire, England.² She married Sir Alexander Campbell of Barcaldine, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Duncan Campbell of Barcaldine, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Dreghorn Dennistoun, on 20 August 1855 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.¹ She died on 11 September 1909 at age 86.¹
     From 20 August 1855, her married name became Campbell.¹

     Sir Duncan Alexander Dundas Campbell of Barcaldine, 3rd Bt. was born on 4 December 1856.¹ He was the son of Sir Alexander Campbell of Barcaldine, 2nd Bt. and Harriette Augusta Royer Collier.² He died on 27 May 1926 at age 69, unmarried.¹
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Campbell, of Barcaldine, co. Argyll [U.K., 1831] on 11 December 1880.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in 1881 in the 3rd Battalion, Black Watch.¹ He held the office of Gentlemen Usher of the Green Rod between 1884 and 1895.¹ He was appointed Fellow, Royal Geographical Society (F.R.G.S.)¹ He was appointed Fellow, Society of Antiquaries of Scotland (F.S.A. Scot.)¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹ He was Commissioner of Supply.¹ He retired from the military in 1893, with the rank of Honorary Major, late of the 3rd and 4th Battalion Highland Light Infantry.¹ In 1896 he bought the Castle and Barony of Barcaldine (sold out of the family in 1842.)¹ He was awarded the Queen Victoria’s Diamond Jubilee Medal in 1897.¹ He held the office of Carrick Pursuivant.¹ He was admitted to Member, Royal Company of Archers.¹ He held the office of Secretary of the Order of the Thistle.¹
He wrote the book The Clan Campbell, 8 volumes.¹ He held the office of Keeper of Barcaldine Castle, and Superior of Auchachrossan, Argyllshire, of Rannaguezion, Corb and Drumturn, Galray and Wester Denhead, Hillock and Tullifergus, Perthshire.¹ He was appointed Commander, Royal Victorian Order (C.V.O.)¹ He wrote the book Records of Clan Campbell in the Military Service of the Honourable East India Company from 1600-1858.¹ He wrote the book Officers of the Clan Campbell in Army and Royal Marines from 1660–1924, (22 volumes MSS.)¹ He was awarded the Coronation Silver Medal in 1902.¹ He was awarded the Coronation Silver Medal in 1911.¹

     Eric Reginald Duncan Campbell was born on 28 November 1857.¹ He was the son of Sir Alexander Campbell of Barcaldine, 2nd Bt. and Harriette Augusta Royer Collier.² He married Rose Scott, daughter of J. E. Scott, on 14 November 1899.¹ He died on 21 July 1900 at age 42.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 2nd Battalion, Princess Victoria’s Royal Irish Fusiliers.¹ He was Governor of the Prison in 1900 at Asaba, Nigeria^G.¹ He was Inspector of Lagos Constabulary.¹

     J. E. Scott lived at Outlands, Devonport, Devon, England^G.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹

     Rose Scott was the daughter of J. E. Scott.² She married Eric Reginald Duncan Campbell, son of Sir Alexander Campbell of Barcaldine, 2nd Bt. and Harriette Augusta Royer Collier, on 14 November 1899.¹ She died on 22 December 1930.¹

     Erica Rose Campbell was born posthumously on 29 November 1900.¹ She was the daughter of Eric Reginald Duncan Campbell and Rose Scott.² She died in October 1963 at age 62, unmarried.¹

     Harriette Beatrice Mabel Campbell was born in 1861 at Westbury-on-Trym, Bristol, England.² She was the daughter of Sir Alexander Campbell of Barcaldine, 2nd Bt. and Harriette Augusta Royer Collier.³ She died on 4 March 1906, unmarried.¹
