Ifor Evans, Baron Evans of Hungershall was born on 19 August 1899.3 He was the son of Benjamin Evans and Ann Powell.3 He married Marjorie Ruth Measures, daughter of John Measures, on 4 April 1923.3 He died on 28 August 1982.1
