     Lieutenant David Clutterbuck was born on 21 September 1890.¹ He was the son of Edmund Henry Clutterbuck and Madeline Charlotte Raikes.¹ He died on 6 May 1917 at age 26, from wounds received in action.²
     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England^G.² He was educated at University College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.² He was with the Chinese Customs at Peking, China^G.² He gained the rank of officer in February 1915 in the Royal Field Artillery.² He fought in the First World War.²

     Maj.-Gen. Walter Edmund Clutterbuck was born on 17 November 1894 at Chippenham, Wiltshire, England.² He was the son of Edmund Henry Clutterbuck and Madeline Charlotte Raikes.¹ He married Gwendoline Atterbury Younger, daughter of Harry George Younger, on 16 October 1919.¹ He died on 2 February 1987 at age 92 at Wensleydale, Yorkshire, England.²
     He was commissioned in 1913 with the rank of officer, in the service of the Royal Scots Fusiliers.³ He fought in the First World War, in Gallipoli, Egypt, Palestine and South Russia.³ He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)³ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)³ He was Commanding Officer of the 1st Battaion, Royal Scots Fusiliers in 1939.³ He fought in the Second World War between 1939 and 1946.³ He was Commanding Officer of the 19th Infantry Brigade in 1940.³ He was GOC of the 1st Infantry Division in 1941.³ He was GOC of the 55th Infantry Division in 1943.³ He was Head of the British Military Mission to Egypt in 1946.³ He lived at Hornby Castle, Bedale, Yorkshire, England.⁴

     Gwendoline Atterbury Younger is the daughter of Harry George Younger.² She married Maj.-Gen. Walter Edmund Clutterbuck, son of Edmund Henry Clutterbuck and Madeline Charlotte Raikes, on 16 October 1919.¹
     From 16 October 1919, her married name became Clutterbuck.¹

     Michael Edmund Henry Clutterbuck was born on 22 July 1920 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.² He is the son of Maj.-Gen. Walter Edmund Clutterbuck and Gwendoline Atterbury Younger.¹

     Ann Hope Madaline Clutterbuck was born on 24 September 1922 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.² She is the daughter of Maj.-Gen. Walter Edmund Clutterbuck and Gwendoline Atterbury Younger.¹

     Henrietta Madalaine Clutterbuck was born on 22 June 1881 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England^G.¹ She was the daughter of Edmund Henry Clutterbuck and Madeline Charlotte Raikes.¹ She married Bertram Christian on 25 August 1909 at Hardenhuish^G.¹
     From 25 August 1909, her married name became Christian.¹

     Bertram Christian married Henrietta Madalaine Clutterbuck, daughter of Edmund Henry Clutterbuck and Madeline Charlotte Raikes, on 25 August 1909 at Hardenhuish^G.¹

     Joan Louisa Clutterbuck was born on 29 April 1884 at Bowden Hill, Wiltshire, England^G.¹ She was the daughter of Edmund Henry Clutterbuck and Madeline Charlotte Raikes.¹ She married Arthur Moubray St. Crispin Allfrey on 2 February 1909 at Hardenhuish^G.¹
     From 2 February 1909, her married name became Allfrey.¹
