Thomas James Warren-Bulkeley, 7th Viscount Bulkeley of Cashel1 
He succeeded as the 7th Viscount Bulkeley of Cashel, co. Tipperary [I., 1644] on 12 December 1752.1 He was given the name of Thomas James Bulkeley at birth.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Tory) for Anglesey between 1774 and 1784.1 He was created 1st Lord Bulkeley, Baron of Beaumaris, co. Anglesey [Great Britain] on 14 May 1784.1 He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of Caernarvonshire between 1785 and 1822.1 On 20 September 1802 his name was legally changed to Thomas James Warren-Bulkeley by Royal Licence.1 His last will was dated from 21 July 1813 to 21 June 1816.
On his death, his titles became extinct.1

Elizabeth Harriet Warren was born circa 1760.1 She was the daughter of Sir George Warren and Jane Revel.1 She married Thomas James Warren-Bulkeley, 7th Viscount Bulkeley of Cashel, son of James Bulkeley, 6th Viscount Bulkeley of Cashel and Emma Bridget Rowlands, on 26 April 1777 at Grafton Street, St. George Hanover Square, London, EnglandG.1 She died on 23 February 1826 at Englefield Green, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 Her will was proven (by probate) in March 1826.1
After her marriage, Elizabeth Harriet Warren was styled as Viscountess Bulkeley of Cashel on 26 April 1777. From 26 April 1777, her married name became Bulkeley.1 From 20 September 1802, her married name became Warren-Bulkeley.1
