     Marjorie Gore Millar is the daughter of William Millar.² She married Hon. Lionel Charles Nugent Parnell, son of Henry William Parnell, 3rd Baron Congleton and Hon. Caroline Margaret Dawson, in 1899.¹
     Her married name became Parnell.

     Hon. Madeline Catherine Parnell was the daughter of Henry William Parnell, 3rd Baron Congleton and Hon. Caroline Margaret Dawson.¹ She married Charles Augustus Este Wells, son of Reverend John Wells, on 10 January 1895.² She died on 18 October 1925, leaving issue.²
     Her married name became Wells.

     Hon. Louisa Anna Maria Parnell was the daughter of Henry William Parnell, 3rd Baron Congleton and Hon. Caroline Margaret Dawson.¹ She married Lt.-Col. Francis Henry Launcelot Errington, son of General Arnold Charles Errington and Eliza Eleanor Loudon, on 30 July 1884.¹ She died on 21 February 1933.¹
     Her married name became Errington.

     Hon. Elizabeth Mary Emily Parnell was the daughter of Henry William Parnell, 3rd Baron Congleton and Hon. Caroline Margaret Dawson.¹ She married Colonel Willoughby Cole Verner on 30 November 1881.¹ She died on 10 July 1936, leaving issue.¹
     Her married name became Verner.

     Hon. Mabel Frances Laetitia Parnell was the daughter of Henry William Parnell, 3rd Baron Congleton and Hon. Caroline Margaret Dawson.¹ She married Colonel Henry Charles Barwick Hopkinson, son of George Henry Hopkinson and Blanche Isabella Somerset, on 13 December 1898 at England.¹ She died on 15 March 1947 at England.¹
     Her married name became Hopkinson.

     Hon. Emma Jane Parnell was the daughter of Henry Brooke Parnell, 1st Baron Congleton and Lady Caroline Elizabeth Dawson-Damer.¹ She married Edward Bligh, 5th Earl of Darnley, son of John Bligh, 4th Earl of Darnley and Elizabeth Brownlow, on 26 July 1825.¹ She died on 15 March 1884.¹
     Her married name became Bligh. After her marriage, Hon. Emma Jane Parnell was styled as Countess of Darnley on 17 March 1831.

     Henry Brooke Parnell, 1st Baron Congleton was born on 3 July 1776.¹ He was the son of Sir John Parnell, 2nd Bt. and Laetitia Charlotte Brooke.² He married Lady Caroline Elizabeth Dawson-Damer, daughter of John Dawson, 1st Earl of Portarlington and Lady Caroline Stuart, on 17 February 1801.¹ He died on 8 June 1842 at age 65, by hanging himself.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ In 1789 he inherited the family estates (bypassing his brother, whose aflictions made him incapable of administering them), direct from his father by special Act of Parliament.¹ He was educated at Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Maryborough [Ireland] between 1797 and 1800.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Whig) for Queen’s County between April 1802 and June 1802.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Whig) for Portarlington between July 1802 and December 1802.¹ He held the office of a Lord of the Treasury [Ireland] between 1806 and 1807.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Whig) for Queen’s County between 1806 and 1832.¹ He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Parnell, of Rathleague, Queen’s Co. [I., 1766] on 30 July 1812.¹ He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) in 1831.¹ He held the office of Secretary at War between 1831 and 1832.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Whig) for Dundee between 1833 and 1841.¹ He held the office of Treasurer of the Navy between 1835 and 1836.¹ He held the office of Paymaster-General between 1835 and 1841.¹ He was created 1st Baron Congleton, of Congleton, co. Chester [U.K.] on 18 August 1841.¹

     Lady Caroline Elizabeth Dawson-Damer was the daughter of John Dawson, 1st Earl of Portarlington and Lady Caroline Stuart.^1,2 She married Henry Brooke Parnell, 1st Baron Congleton, son of Sir John Parnell, 2nd Bt. and Laetitia Charlotte Brooke, on 17 February 1801.² She died on 16 February 1861 at Paris, France^G.²
     Her married name became Parnell. After her marriage, Lady Caroline Elizabeth Dawson-Damer was styled as Baroness Congleton on 18 August 1841.

     John Dawson, 1st Earl of Portarlington was born on 23 August 1744.¹ He was the son of William Henry Dawson, 1st Viscount Carlow and Mary Damer.² He married Lady Caroline Stuart, daughter of John Stuart, 3rd Earl of Bute and Mary Wortley-Montagu, Baroness Mount Stuart of Wortley, on 1 January 1778.³ He died on 25 November 1798 at age 54.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He was educated at Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Portarlington between 1766 and 1768.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Queen’s County between 1768 and 1771.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Queen’s County between 1776 and 1779.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Viscount Carlow, co. Carlow [I., 1776] on 22 August 1779.² He succeeded as the 2nd Lord Dawson, Baron Dawson of Dawson’s Court, in the Queen’s County [I., 1770] on 22 August 1779.² He was created 1st Earl of Portarlington, in the Queen’s County [Ireland] on 21 June 1785.² Circa 1790 he commissioned Emo Court, near Portlaoise, County Laois from James Gandon.¹ He was commander of the Queen’s County Militia in 1798 during the Uprising.¹

     John Vesey Parnell, 2nd Baron Congleton was born on 16 June 1805.¹ He was the son of Henry Brooke Parnell, 1st Baron Congleton and Lady Caroline Elizabeth Dawson-Damer.² He married, firstly, Nancy Cronin, daughter of Edward Cronin, in 1831.¹ He married, secondly, Khatoon Moscow, daughter of Ovauness Moscow, in 1833.¹ He married, thirdly, Margaret Catherine Ormerod, daughter of Charles Ormerod and Sarah Collett, on 21 February 1867.¹ He was also reported to have been married in 1828.¹ He died on 23 October 1883 at age 78.¹
     He was educated at France^G.¹ He was educated at University of Edinburgh, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland^G.¹ He was with the Plymouth Brethren missionary after 1831 at Baghdad, Iraq^G.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Congleton, of Congleton, co. Chester [U.K., 1841] on 8 June 1842.¹ He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Parnell, of Rathleague, Queen’s Co. [I., 1766] on 8 June 1842.¹
