     Beatrice Alice Ringrose was born on 2 May 1899 at Jackson Street, Goole, Yorkshire, England.² She was the daughter of Charles Ringrose and Annie Poat.² She married Sydney Clayton Pacey, son of Thomas Pacey and Annie Elizabeth Clayton, on 25 December 1920 at Brunswick CHapel, Holderness Road, Kingston-upon-Hull, Yorkshire, England.² She died between May 1994 and June 1994 at Lymington Hospital, Lymington, Hampshire, England.²
     She was descended from the Sothebys of Pocklington, and related to the Sothebys of Ecton.^1,2 From 25 December 1920, her married name became Pacey.²
