     Philip Henry Holt was born in 1830 at Liverpool, Lancashire, England^G.^2,3 He was the son of George Holt and Emma Durning.³ He married Anna Booth, daughter of Charles Booth and Emily Fletcher, on 29 January 1857.^1,4 He died on 27 November 1914, without issue.^1,4
     He lived at Liverpool, Lancashire, England^G.¹ He was co-founder of the Ocean Steam Ship Company.⁴ He and Alfred Holt were founder of the Blue Funnel shipping line.⁵

     Hester Emily Booth was born in 1842.¹ She was the daughter of Charles Booth and Emily Fletcher.¹ She died in 1906, unmarried.¹

     Charles Booth was born on 27 October 1868.¹ He was the son of Alfred Booth and Lydia Allen Butler.¹ He married Grace Bryson Wells, daughter of John Wells, on 2 October 1895.¹ He died on 9 December 1938 at age 70.¹
     He was chairman of Alfred Booth & Company and Booth Steamship Company in 1912.¹ He was chairman of the Midland Railway between 1919 and 1922.¹ He was a director of Martin’s Bank.¹ He was a director of the LMS Railway Company.¹

     Grace Bryson Wells is the daughter of John Wells.¹ She married Charles Booth, son of Alfred Booth and Lydia Allen Butler, on 2 October 1895.¹
     From 2 October 1895, her married name became Booth.¹

     John Wells lived at New Brunswick, New Jersey, U.S.A.^G.¹

     Henry Booth was born on 25 July 1901.¹ He is the son of Charles Booth and Grace Bryson Wells.¹ He married, firstly, Grace Susan Lockhart Lawry, daughter of Samuel J. Lawry and Susan Newcombe, on 7 April 1926.¹ He and Grace Susan Lockhart Lawry were divorced in 1937.¹ He married, secondly, Bertha Flora Ann Snelgrove, daughter of E. Snelgrove, on 10 July 1937.¹

     Grace Susan Lockhart Lawry is the daughter of Samuel J. Lawry and Susan Newcombe.^1,2 She married Henry Booth, son of Charles Booth and Grace Bryson Wells, on 7 April 1926.¹ She and Henry Booth were divorced in 1937.¹
     From 7 April 1926, her married name became Booth.¹
