     Major John Blakiston was born on 8 February 1785.¹ He was the son of Sir Matthew Blakiston, 2nd Bt. and Anne Rochfort.¹ He married Jane Wright, daughter of Reverend Thomas Wright, on 26 September 1814.¹ He died on 4 June 1867 at age 82.¹

     Alastair Hamilton Cowen was born on 28 August 1970.¹ He is the son of Alistair Edward Cowen and Mary Patfield Caffery.¹ He married Kathleen Tyrrell.¹

     Kathleen Tyrrell married Alastair Hamilton Cowen, son of Alistair Edward Cowen and Mary Patfield Caffery.¹
     Her married name became Cowen.¹

     Margot Patfield Cowen was born on 17 August 1972.¹ She is the daughter of Alistair Edward Cowen and Mary Patfield Caffery.¹

     Sir Richard Glyn, 1st Bt. was baptised on 13 June 1711.¹ He was born circa 1701.² He was the son of Robert Glyn and Ann Maynard.³ He married Susannah Lewen, daughter of George Lewen, on 8 June 1736.³ He married, secondly, Elizabeth Carr, daughter of Robert Carr, on 23 March 1754.³ He died on 1 January 1773 at age 61.³
     He held the office of Sheriff of London in 1752.¹ He was appointed Knight in 1752.² He was a banker.¹ He graduated with a Doctor of Law (LL.D.)³ He held the office of Lord Mayor of London in 1758.² He graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, in 1758 with a Doctor of Civil Law (D.C.L.)³ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for London between 1758 and 1768.¹ He was created 1st Baronet Glyn, of Ewell, Surrey [Great Britain] on 25 September 1759.³ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Coventry between 1768 and 1773.¹

     Susannah Lewen was the daughter of George Lewen.³ She married Sir Richard Glyn, 1st Bt., son of Robert Glyn and Ann Maynard, on 8 June 1736.⁴ She died on 4 February 1751.⁴
     From 8 June 1736, her married name became Glyn.¹

     Elizabeth Carr was born circa 1737.¹ She was the daughter of Robert Carr.² She married Sir Richard Glyn, 1st Bt., son of Robert Glyn and Ann Maynard, on 23 March 1754.³ She died on 14 April 1814.³
     From 23 March 1754, her married name became Glyn.¹
