     Sir Patrick James Graham Blake, 5th Bt. was born on 23 October 1861 at Hessett Rectory, Hessett, Suffolk, England^G.¹ He was the son of Reverend Henry Bunbury Blake and Francis Marian Oakes.¹ He married, firstly, Emma Gertrude Dawson, daughter of Thomas Pilkington Dawson and Emma King, on 18 October 1883 at St. Peter’s Church, Eaton Square, Belgravia, London, England^G.¹ He married, secondly, Margaret Anna McTaggart-Stewart, daughter of Sir Mark John McTaggart-Stewart, 1st Bt. and Marianne Susanna Ommaney, on 1 October 1925.² He died on 15 January 1930 at age 68.²
     He was educated at Cheltenham College, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England^G.¹ He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Blake, of Langham, co. Suffolk [G.B., 1772] on 22 January 1880.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)² He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 3rd Suffolk Militia.¹

     Emma Gertrude Dawson was the daughter of Thomas Pilkington Dawson and Emma King.¹ She married Sir Patrick James Graham Blake, 5th Bt., son of Reverend Henry Bunbury Blake and Francis Marian Oakes, on 18 October 1883 at St. Peter’s Church, Eaton Square, Belgravia, London, England^G.¹ She died on 12 September 1924.²
     From 18 October 1883, her married name became Blake.¹

     Thomas Pilkington Dawson was born on 30 September 1831 at Edwardstone, Suffolk, England.² He was the son of Reverend George Augustus Dawson and Louisa Pilkington.¹ He died on 24 November 1867 at age 36 at Ashfield, Suffolk, England.²

     Hon. Helena Jane Mullins was the daughter of Thomas Mullins, 1st Baron Ventry and Elizabeth Gunn.^1,2 She married Arthur Blennerhassett, son of Sir Rowland Blennerhassett, 1st Bt. and Millicent Agnes Yielding, in 1799.¹ She died on 24 December 1846.¹
