     Major Arthur Patrick Hazlerigg was born on 25 February 1943.² He is the son of Arthur Greville Maynard Hazlerigg and Nancy Ingles.² He married Susan Elizabeth Truckle, daughter of Lt.-Cdr. Patrick Kenneth Truckle, in 1973.²
