     Sir Walter Edward Alpin Blount, 12th Bt. was born on 31 October 1917.¹ He was the son of Sir Edward Robert Blount, 11th Bt. and Violet Ellen Fowler.² He married Eileen Audrey Carritt, daughter of Hugh Blasson Carritt and Audrey Browning, on 25 June 1954.¹ He died on 12 December 2004 at age 87.³
     He was educated at Beaumont College, Old Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He fought in the Second World War, serving in Motor Torpedo Boats.¹ He graduated from Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, in 1939 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve.¹ He graduated from Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, in 1943 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was a practising solicitor.¹ He was a senior partner with Underwood and Company.¹ He succeeded as the 12th Baronet Blount, of Sodington, co. Worcester [E., 1642] on 21 January 1978.¹ He lived in 2003 at Regent House, Seaview, Isle of Wight, England^G.¹ He lived in 2003 at Tilkhurst, Imberhorne Lane, East Grinstead, Sussex, England^G.¹

     Tamara Mary Ann Rowan-Hamilton was born on 17 August 1995.¹ She is the daughter of James Hamish John Rowan-Hamilton and Venetia E. Carter.¹

     Patrick Gawaine Rowan-Hamilton was born on 1 February 1964.¹ He was the son of Gawaine Leslie Rowan-Hamilton and Mary Bridget Blakiston-Houston.¹ He died on 6 February 2000 at age 36, unmarried.¹

     Eileen Audrey Carritt was born in 1920 at Chelsea, London, England^G.² She is the daughter of Hugh Blasson Carritt and Audrey Browning.^1,2 She married Sir Walter Edward Alpin Blount, 12th Bt., son of Sir Edward Robert Blount, 11th Bt. and Violet Ellen Fowler, on 25 June 1954.¹
     From 25 June 1954, her married name became Blount.¹

     Hugh Blasson Carritt was born in 1885.² He married Audrey Browning.² He died in 1928.²

     Nicola Jane Eileen Blount was born on 17 September 1955.¹ She is the daughter of Sir Walter Edward Alpin Blount, 12th Bt. and Eileen Audrey Carritt.¹ She married Charles Foster Glanville, son of John Foster Glanville, in 1990.¹
     From 1990, her married name became Glanville.¹

     Charles Foster Glanville is the son of John Foster Glanville.¹ He married Nicola Jane Eileen Blount, daughter of Sir Walter Edward Alpin Blount, 12th Bt. and Eileen Audrey Carritt, in 1990.¹

     John Foster Glanville lived at Emsworth, Hampshire, England^G.¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross (D.S.C.)¹

     Langford Warren was born on 11 April 1929 at Pitcairn Island^G.¹ He was the son of Andrew Clarence David Young and Laura Gwendoline Warren.¹ He married Iris Maeva (?) before 1963.² He died on 21 June 2005 at age 76 at Auckland, New Zealand.²
     Langford Warren also went by the nick-name of Pony.

     Arnold Borwick was born on 6 June 1908 at South Africa^G.¹ He was the son of George Ernest Borwick and Edith Susanna Green.¹ He married Annette Grace Fetherstonhaugh Ryland, daughter of Richard Theodore Hughes Ryland and Emily Jane Fetherstonhaugh, on 21 September 1936 at Mombasa, Kenya^G.¹ He died on 2 December 1979 at age 71 at Tanzania^G.¹
