     Sophia Dobrée was born in May 1794.3 She was the daughter of Peter Bonamy Dobrée and Martha Mourant.3,4 She married John Hankey Bainbrigge, son of Philip Bainbrigge and Rachel Dobrée, on 4 May 1819.5 She died on 16 February 1874 at age 79.3
     From 4 May 1819, her married name became Bainbrigge.5
